"Exemplary Leadership for Everyday Success"

Built around the highly recognized Leadership Practices Inventory by James Kouzes and Barry Posner, Exemplary Leadership for Everyday Success invites participants to take the next step in their development as industry leaders by exploring the theme of leadership as a relationship between those who lead and those who choose to follow.

Participants will discover the five practices of exemplary leadership, and learn how to use these principles to
improve their own leadership practices. Through personal assessment and group collaboration, each attendee will gain the personal awareness and practical tools needed to cultivate and successfully apply these key practices.
