Two years in a row! Loreen Maxfield (University of Illinois at Chicago)
won $50 - again! - in the Connect2One business card drawing (C2O gave away $2000
total). What are the odds? That's Jeff Lennard (North Park
University) looking on with some momentary envy.
Marketing guru T. Scott Gross
instructed and amused us prior to the Friday Fashion Fiesta. We also caught Lynn
Durin (Kishwaukee College), Madge Buchholz (College of Lake County),
and Madonna Slife (Shawnee Community College) on the convention center
elevator having a laugh.
IACS Reception - Part 1
Sunday evening before the NACS Foundation benefit concert with comedian John Pinette and The Jake & Elwood Blues Revue, we connected at the IACS reception at Zuni's Restaurant on the Riverwalk (moved from the Rio Rio Cantina due to water damage) for some refreshment and catching up. See if you can find your face, the back of your head, or somebody you know. btw, if you look real close, you might be surprised at what - who -you can see lurking in the shadows and backgrounds of some of the pictures.
