Sunday Evening, October 12th

Dinner at Alexander's Steak House

        
Alexander's servers gave us the "you can cook it for yourself!" or "we can do it for you!" speech - hungry IACS people just wanted to eat - most people ultimately got in gear and headed for the center room grill . . . 

     
and grilled away - Randal Storm (Lincoln Christian College & Seminary) and Stacey Douglas (Trinity International University) cooked for nine at their table - reports were the Texas toast, steaks, chicken, and fish actually turned out great!

   
Will Bredfield (U of I -Champaign/Urbana) chose to cook his own prime rib (at least we think that's what it was . . . )

Hospitality Suite @ The Chateau

       
After Alexander's, people headed back to the Chateau for a little post-dinner hospitality - albums filled with photos from past IACS events were passed around along with the popcorn, candy, and drinks - eventually someone broke out the playing cards and music CDs and things got serious . . . hah!

    Hey, Jason, what's with that shirt?  It looks kinda like the shirt in other IACS pictures
