“When I first took the job as Bookstore Manager, I was new to the bookstore industry and had no idea what questions to ask or what I didn’t yet know.  It was an IACS meeting where I first had my eyes opened to new technology, contacts, industry trends and solutions.  IACS has given me the tools I need to report back to my stake holders with confidence, improve our student services, and find solutions to challenges the industry is facing.  Our membership is invaluable.”

“IACS has allowed me, as a leader, to reach out and connect to other campus stores to discuss and explore ideas that help innovate and improve our customer experience.”
